The Snowflake Regatta will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2007 in Riverhead, NY. This year's schedule will also include races for Juniors and Masters Singles.

REGISTRATION
Entries will be made thru RegattaCentral.com. Entries closed on Thursday October 25. Please bring waivers to Regatta registration at site.
Entry Fees:
(Please note that Sagamore and Junior crews will pay the entry fee and enter thru Regatta Central).
Junior 8 - $50
Junior 4+, Junior 4X - $30
Junior 2X - $20

SCHEDULE
7:30 AM – Regatta Meeting for Masters Singles
8:00 AM – Masters Singles launch and row to start
8:30 AM – Masters Singles race
9:00 AM – Masters Singles return to dock
9:30 AM – Regatta Meeting for Juniors
10:00 AM – Juniors start launching in race order. Group A
10:45 AM – Juniors Group A complete launching and row to start
11:00 AM – Juniors Group A start race
12:00 noon – Juniors Group A complete racing and return to dock
12:45 PM – All Group A complete docking
12:45 PM – Juniors start launching in race order. Group B
1:30 PM – Juniors Group B complete launching and row to start
1:45 PM – Juniors Group B start race
2:45 PM – Juniors Group B complete racing and return to dock
3:30 PM – All Group B complete docking
DISTANCE
Race distance 3500 meters. (Short course if necessary 2000 meters)
AWARDS
Medals will be awarded at the Gazebo after each group races. First, second and third place medals will be awarded.
NOTE: Boats and rowers will not be able to “hot seat” within Group A or Group B.
“Hot seating” from Group A to Group B only is okay.
All crews in Group A will be on the water at the same time. Ditto Group B.
ORDER OF EVENTS
Mens Masters Single: 30 yr+, 40 yr+, 50 yr+, 60 yr+ (handicap 3.5 sec. per yr.)
Womens Masters Single: 30 yr+, 40 yr+, 50 yr+, 60 yr+ (handicap 3.5 sec per yr.)

Rowing to the start keep the red buoys to starboard. Line up in the start area in bow number order. When racing, keep the red buoys to starboard. At the finish row to the green buoys before stopping. Ten second penalty for stopping at the finish.
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS
• Take the LIE east to Exit 72.
• Then take Route 25 east for 3 1/4 miles to downtown Riverhead.
• You will pass Dinosaur Walk on the right and a large Methodist Church on the left.
• The next traffic light will be McDermott Ave.
• The distance from exit 72 to McDermitt Ave is 3 1/2 miles.
• Do not stop off at the Tanger Outlet Mall. :-)
• Turn right into the Peconic Waterfront Parking Lot. Careful making the turn.
• There will be a designated area for trailer parking.
• Auto parking will be to the West in the Parking Area.
• There is also Parking North of Main St.
