• SRA Membership Form (GIF image)
  • The SRA Membership form that asks if you would volunteer for committee work. Sagamore’s existence depends on its volunteers. Please remember to include your e-mail address.
• USRowing Waiver Form (PDF)
  • Please be sure to sign and return the enclosed “Release of Liability”. Sagamore must have newly signed "RELEASES" for each calendar year in order to operate. Sagamore Rowing must have a copy of your signed release, dated this year, in its possession no matter what. It is obligatory. No rowing or use of equipment is permitted Sagamore without a signed release from each member.
• SRA Code of Conduct Form (GIF Image)
  • Please also sign the enclosed “Code of Conduct” and return it with your completed membership form, waiver and payment of dues and fees. The Code is an important part of the rowing experience at Sagamore, and we want to sure that all our members are familiar with it.
